We offer an individual approach and put together your holiday tailored to your wishes – the departure date, the length of stay, the departure airport, the airline, the category and standard of the hotel, the type of board, transfers and so on.
Travel agency
Our agency is an authorised seller of trips offered by tour operators with which it has duly concluded commercial representation agreements on the basis of a power of attorney. Before we begin working with a tour operator, we first verify its solvency and customer references. Every tour operator we work with must hold a licence under Act No. 159/99 Coll. and must be insured against insolvency.
Unlike a tour operator, a travel agency is not the organiser of the trips; it acts as an intermediary. This position, however, gives a broader view of the products of individual tour operators and the possibility of a more personal dealing with the client, whereby the travel agency can offer them what they genuinely want from a holiday. The work of a travel agency lies primarily in communicating with the client, in offering a literally tailor-made trip and in arranging everything necessary with the tour operator – which, however, has no effect on the price of the trip.
